Summer Color


 A tiger swallowtail butterfly feeds on coneflower pollen at the Mount Airy Arboretum.

A juvenile ruby-throated hummingbird defends his flower patch. I took 600 pics and this is the only keeper. Even for me, that's pretty abysmal.



The tiger swallowtail was more accommodating. Pretty!
